To whom do I make cheques / postal orders / International Money Orders payable?
"Wermod and Wermod"

I live abroad and I don't have a credit card. Do you accept bank transfers as a method of payment?
Yes (ask for details). However, bear in mind that in the United Kingdom most people use debit and credit cards. International bank transfers are expensive for transactions of small value: your bank will charge you a fee to make the transfer, and then our bank will charge you £6-£10on top of that to accept said transfer. Obviously, if you are making a small-value purchase, it will make little sense to pay for it by international bank transfer.

What currencies do you accept?
Online orders made via our webstore will be debited in Sterling. Cheques should be made out in Sterling and issued by a bank in the United Kingdom. For PayPal orders we can accept Sterling, Euros, US Dollars, and Yen. For bank transfers we can accept Sterling.

Do you accept cash payments?
You can send us cash hidden in a registered envelope, yes. We accept Sterling, Euros, US Dollars, Yen, and Renminbi.

What are your postage and packing costs ?

Our webstore will calculate the postage based on weight and destination.

Are there countries to which you do not ship?
We ship worldwide. However, we may subject orders to additional security protocols with certain destinations. We also reserve the right not to ship to certain destinations.

PROBLEMS:
My order has nor arrived. Is there any way to track it?

The default shipping option is first class / airmail, neither of which services is trackable and therefore not eligible for compensation by the Royal Mail. If you want to be able to track your packet, there are a number of options available: Recorded (U.K. only), Special Delivery (U.K. only), and International Signed for (overseas only), each othese carry an extra charge. Signed For is 1.50p. Special Delibery (insured up to £500) starts at £7.15. International Signed for starts at £8.20 on top of the cost of airmail. We advice you consider Recorded, Special Delivery, or International Signed for services if you are planning on placing a large order, particularly around the time of the Winter holidays. If your order has not arrived and you think it has been long enough, please contact us immediately.
